SERVICE OPTIONS

Advising and mentoring services to come along side business owners  and their teams to help implement sustainable business principles.

1.  GROUP COACHING

Interact in a group with usually no more than 12 other business owners desiring similar results in their business.  You will be provided with feedback on your progress and your questions will be answered along the way. We will drill down on the application of principles and strategies.

Each session, two per month, will be approximately 60 minutes for only $97 per session.

2.  ONE-ON-ONE COACHING

One–on–One Coaching offers a proven means for creating more of what you want for your business and in your life. Through regular one-on-one coaching sessions, you identify what is most important to you and align your thoughts, words, plans and actions accordingly. Getting the life you want begins with gaining clarity on your vision and guiding values. From there we can work through what needs to be redefined, retooled, repackaged or reinvented. I will be available for sounding out your ideas throughout the month and in a regularly scheduled 90 minute phone session where you will review your plans vs. your results for the month, and make plans for the coming month.

3.  BUSINESS ANALYSIS

I will meet with you and key staff on site, and do a comprehensive analysis of the health of your business to help you answer questions including:

  • How do you fully power up your company and operate on all cylinders?
  • How do you get the most out of your company assets and resources?
  • How do you deal with and eliminate those things that can topple your company either internally or externally?
  • How do you evaluate and modify established processes for maximum results in your company?
  • How do you determine if your company is in sync with all its activities?
  • How do you identify and take advantage of relationships to expand your business?
  • How do you create irresistibility in your marketplace?

4.  MONTHLY CONSULTING RETAINER

Occasionally the best solution is establishing the implementation together over a period of months or longer
