Advisory Services

Our goal is to position you to confidently apply for or seek renewal of a loan and build a solid bridge of communication between you and your lender(s). The steps to achieving this include:

  1. Identify problems and needs.
  2. Develop a strategic approach to take you from your need to the fulfillment of that need.
  3. Assist you in putting together documentation required by the lender.
  4. Learn the lender’s language and mindset.
  5. Apply for and support a loan request.
  6. Follow up after the request to see that the loan is closed efficiently and quickly.

Consulting

  1. Come on site and work side by side with you and your personnel to physically prepare a loan package and verbal presentation to your lender.
  2. Provide a risk assessment to strengthen your company’s risk management process and raise the risk intelligence of your company.
  3. Analyze and evaluate the risk and return of the investment in physical assets.

Representation

Represent you and your business, either with you and other team members or by myself to present your loan request or negotiate for you with the lender. Represent you and your business periodically with your lender to maintain an open and productive level of communication.

Maintenance

Set up and provide you with a schedule to assist in meeting all reporting requirements and or loan covenants in a timely and professional manner. The goal is to ensure the positive relationship with your lender(s) garnered in the loan presentation and approval process isn’t lost during the loan payment period.

I speak to and provide seminars and workshops to professional groups, franchises, associations, clubs and high school and college students on a variety of business leadership, banking and inspirational topics including:
